Above is a glimpse of a few of the profile cards that we filled out at Amplified 08. The idea was Nicoles‘s and she collected the cards, scanned them and put together a Flickr set. The result is a nice social object, a reminder of the event, but also a glimpse into how we see our selves…

    I find handwritten/drawn items really appealing, especially on the web. They seem to have a vibrancy and energy that’s lost in your everyday font. There’s something fascinating about the different shapes, marks and presentation as well as the content they contain.
